Aahd2-hy Motherboard Drivers

I checked and there is no BIOS update available for the motherboard What are the odds of replacing the motherboard and that fixing the problem? I was using AMD Overdirve to overclock the old CPU to 4000Mhz for some time with no issues and am affraid that could have caused problems.. The BIOS has always seen the new CPU no problem*** So the PC rebooted and then windows installer is back trying to repair the boot. HERE

When I reintalled windows and did all the updates the PC was is good working order.. *** Even with trying to install Ubuntu I get the same thing Could this be a mother board problem? I had a spare PC at my house, so I swapped out the power supply and hard drive, but still no cookies..
